The filling is prepared cabbage, seasoned beef, celery, carrots and onions, which are seasoned and mixed together. The wrapper is prepared from flour, water, frozen whole eggs and cut into segments which are stuffed and wrapper, forming an egg roll shape. The product is then deep fried in canola oil, cooled, packed and frozen.
