Help! I can't checkout...

There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address

No shipping methods available

Possible Reason: Shipping outside of Alberta

Are you shipping within the province of Alberta? Most of our products are limited to local delivery within Edmonton. If your province is set to anything other than Alberta, you might see this message.

Note: There are some products we do ship to other provinces. Please send us a screenshot of your cart, so we can confirm all items are eligible for shipping outside Alberta. There is a maximum weight limit of 5 kg combined since we use Canada Post's fixed price small box shipping option outside Alberta.

If your address is within Alberta, and you still see this error, please click the "Return to information" button and send us a screenshot of your completed address information so we can try to re-create the error in our office. Please also let us know which browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and operating system (Windows, iPhone, iPad, Android) you got the error with. If possible, try putting a test order on a different machine with just 1 item to see if you can get past this error. If you can, go back to your cart and add the rest of the items on that machine.

Possible Reason: Cart Total is more than $1,000

Each online checkout is limited to a maximum of CAD $1,000. If you need to place an order larger than this, please call us 780-807-1101 and let us know what you'd like to order so we can figure out the best way to complete your large order.
