We're in this Together
As we all know, Edmonton residents are currently going through the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) crisis along with the rest of the world. Sholo is pleased to help our more vulnerable residents by going outside to shop on your behalf and keep you safe in your time of need.
We offer the option for contactless delivery where we will leave your packages at your door and ring your doorbell and notify you by text or calling. Just let us know when you order that you'd like contactless delivery.
Some items are in unusually high demand and our retailers may be out of stock temporarily. We are monitoring the situation closely and appreciate your patience as we may need to allow for extra time for retailers to get these items back in stock.
Health and Safety Practices
For the health and safety of our team members who must step outside to shop and deliver to our customers, as well as they very customers we deliver to, our policy requires employees to:
- measure temperature with a thermometer at the start of each shift, and notify the office if a fever is detected
- notify the office if showing flu-like symptoms, especially difficulty breathing
- wear disposable exam gloves and face masks while outside
If team members are running a fever or showing other flu-like symptoms, they will need to self-isolate for 10 days. The office will reschedule affected deliveries.
We recommend customers wipe down any items that come from outside (whether or not it is delivered by us) as per sanitary best practices. Our goal is to help keep everyone safe and healthy during this health crisis.
All Sales Final
During the COVID-19 health emergency, most stores will not accept returns on any items and some stores limit which items can be returned. As a result, all orders from Sholo are considered final during COVID-19. We will update our policy once the emergency is lifted and stores start accepting returns again.
